Has useful features like fast boiling, easy clean, ability to heat just a single cup of water so it is more energy efficient than other kettles. I like the simple lid opening to fill with water but find I mostly fill it through the spout for small amounts of water. The on-off switch is well placed, positive to operate and lights up when on.
Not heavy to lift for a senior citizen and the stainless steel silver body will last longer than older designs with plastic bodies which I find crack with time. Overall, it justifies its Best Buy rating by Which and the price is right. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED TO BUY ONE.

Took me ages to decide which one to get as I read the reviews and many seem to leak etc. Decided to go with this one as most people's problem with it was that they can't see the water measuring window (didn't seem like that big a deal). Just wanted to leave this feedback as I have no problem with seeing the water level at all.

The design of this kettle allows you easy control over the amount of water boiled, although the cup size is smaller than a standard mug you soon discover how much extra to add. The water boils very quickly with the 'on' indicator (blue light) clearly visible from a distance. The base is space saving and it the kettle can be rotated on the base to pick up for safer pouring. The kettle seems well constructed and I expect it to live up to the demands of family life.
