I got a full refund, but spent less than half of it on buying this Wahl White Cordless Kettle. It boils just as fast as the old one and holds more water.

Sometimes when we go to switch it on it will switch straight back off again (with kettle filled with cold water), also the base will get caught with the kettle when you are trying to lift it after it has boiled, apart from that it is a good buy and nice and quiet.
