Reviews for Kenwood White Cordless Jug Kettle JKP110 Very nice clean and smart looking kettle. Quick and quiet to boil. Nice blue glow while boiling. Very light even when full of water.Can easily see how much water is in kettle through both sides . Only slight downside is the lid does not open up very far.But you get used to that.. All in all a good kettle.
Reviews for Kenwood White Cordless Jug Kettle JKP110 This also was let down by two small design faults. The lid opens less than 90 degrees, making it difficult to pour water in from, say, a flask or other container (over 100 degrees would have been better), and the three non-slip 'feet' were too short. This meant that the cable retaining device in the base actually stuck out more than the feet, so the whole thing was unstable. In order to rectify this, I removed the feet, inserted three 8BA screws about half an inch long with a nut on the end, one in each foot hole, and refitted the feet over the screws so that they were now sufficiently long to ensure a 3-point support rather than a 4-point one.

The only criticism is that it is much noisier than the previous
Kenwood model which also heated up quickly.
