Reviews for WHISTLING KETTLE 2.5 LITRE STAINLESS STEEL CREAM VERY disappointed that the kettle is NOT 2.5 ltr but in reality is only a 1.5 ltr size. I feel strongly this seller should change his ad because I don't think it's legal for him to misrepresent what buyers should be expecting if they purchase his products. I can't believe he is getting away with it. In his defence, the seller did offer my money back once I would return the kettle but he did not offer the size kettle I thought I would be getting. If I had known this, I would have gone with another seller and purchased a 2.5 ltr kettle, which is what I trusted I would be getting. I feel he seriously needs to adjust this as it is against the law to keep sending out kettles that are clearly not what buyers get. I am disgusted, honestly.

But it is NOT 2.5 litres. Filled to the bottom of the spout (which is all you can do if you want it to whistle) it is only 1.5 litres.
